Airports

SFO is the largest airport in the area with hundreds of daily flights from dozens of domestic and international carriers. This will likely be the best bet for family and friends coming from the east coast and abroad.

San Jose is the closest major airport in the area with decent domestic coverage including some east coast direct flights. It’s much smaller and more reliable than SFO but has far fewer flight options.

A nice, more reliable and smaller alternative to SFO that is equal distance to the wedding venue. Oakland is a large base for Southwest and support dozens of other domestic carriers as well.

A small, regional airport with some commercial service from Dallas, Phoenix, LA, SF and others. The closet options putting you directly in Monterey County.
Parking
Parking at the venue (and in Big Sur for that matter) is extremely limited. We recommend that you carpool or use the shuttle that we will be providing (see below). Big Sur is fairly remote so Uber and Lyft services as well as taxis are generally not available. If you do need a parking spot, please contact us so that we can confirm availability.
Venue Shuttle
We will be running 2 shuttles for the day of the wedding only. The shuttles will pick up at a designated spot within Big Sur, Monterey and Carmel Saturday afternoon and drop off Saturday late evening. Specific details on the shuttle timing is below…
